Terms & Conditions

1. Late Collection Policy

  • Our sessions finish at the scheduled time. A grace period of 5 minutes will be allowed.
  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, a late pick-up fee will apply:
  • £5 for collections up to 15 minutes late.
  • £10 for collections between 15–30 minutes late.
  • If collection is more than 30 minutes late, an additional charge of £10 for every 15 minutes thereafter will apply.
  • If you are late more than once, the charges above will automatically apply each time.
  • Persistent late collection may result in your child losing their place in the club.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund or credit.
  • No refunds will be given for non-attendance.

3. Behaviour Policy

  • We expect all children to behave respectfully. Inappropriate behaviour may lead to exclusion from the club without a refund.

4. Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs when registering.
  • Our staff are first aid trained and follow safeguarding procedures.

5. Liability

  • While every care will be taken, the club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
